Rosé Cocktails for a Summer State of Mind

Rosé Cocktails for a Summer State of Mind

Whether you’re hosting a dinner party, starfishing on a pool deck, or planning to take some cocktails in mason jars to the beach, we guarantee these recipes will have you in a summer state of mind in no time.

The Daily Refresher: Rosé Lemonade

We say ‘daily’ because it’s perfectly acceptable for any day of the week.

Ingredients:

1 bottle Summer Water Rosé

3 cups lemonade

1 medium lemon, sliced

Club soda

Ice

Instructions: Combine rosé, lemonade, and lemon slices in a large pitcher with ice. Top with some bubbles and give it a stir. Pour into glasses, and there you have it — the perfect twist on your childhood favorite.

The Poolside Chiller: Strawberry Frosé

Pour, drink, brain freeze, repeat.

Ingredients:

1 bottle Summer Water Rosé

1 cup strawberries, quartered

½ cup sugar

1 medium lemon

Club soda

Instructions: Pour rosé, strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Top with a splash of bubbly and puree. Place in freezer for ~6 hours or overnight. Once solid, blend mixture again until fluffy. Pour into glasses, garnish with strawberries, and buckle up for the most satisfying brain freeze of your life.

Tip: another way to achieve the frozen mixture is to pour the rosé into ice trays and let freeze overnight, then add all ingredients to the blender just before serving.

The Afternoon Delight: Summer on the Rocks

This recipe makes two, but triple it up to make a pitcher for friends.

Ingredients:

4 ounces vodka

4 ounces grapefruit juice, fresh squeezed is best

1 ounce simple syrup

8 ounces Summer Water Rosé, chilled

Club soda

Ice cubes

Grapefruit wedge for garnish

Instructions: In a shaker filled with ice, add vodka, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain into two chilled glasses and top with rosé. Stir to combine and finish with a splash of club soda. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and voilà!

Bottoms up!
