National Rosé Day is our Christmas, so after two years of not being able to properly celebrate, we made up for lost time by hosting not one, but three events around NYC.
We got the party started with Rosé on the Rooftop at The Summer Club of the Ravel Hotel. It was the epitome of a perfect New York summer night with lots of friends, good music, views, and plenty of Summer Water on ice. The fact that we hardly had any photos of the event the next day is proof we had a good time (whoops)!
Next, we set sail for our Summer on the Water Rosé Cruisé. For us, it doesn’t get much better than drinking Summer Water on a yacht with gorgeous views and generous pours. On deck we had Summer Water winemaker, Bobby D, pouring Rosé and spilling the tea with Jordan Alexander and Eli Brown, from the cast of HBO’s Gossip Girl. Bobby had no fun at all, and our guests had a little too much fun at our custom Summer Water Visor station - the unexpected hit of the party.
When we weren’t on a rooftop or a boat deck you could catch us relaxing between sets at our very own Summer Water Social Club at Gov Ball. For our big debut as the Official Wine Sponsor, we went all out with the 90’s-backyard-summer-nostalgia-vibes, complete with lawn games, pink BBQ’s, astroturf, and plenty of Summer swag.
All in all, it was an amazing weekend to remember, and we loved every second of getting to celebrate with our community in person. That’s a wrap for us on National Rosé Day, but don’t you worry, because Summer is still just getting started.
